Working as a Recruiter at Prevermo & Capability

According to Mascha Uitermark: “You’re truly given the space to help build.”

Within the Prevermo Group (the parent organisation of Capability), we are looking to strengthen our team with a recruiter who will work alongside Mascha to build a professional, future-oriented recruitment function. Mascha has been part of Prevermo for several years. What started in 2023 as a temporary role in recruitment has grown into her permanent, full-time position as of 1 January 2025. She knows exactly how enjoyable, versatile and impactful the role is — and how much we need someone who brings the same energy and ideas to help further develop and professionalise recruitment within our growing organisation.

What makes the role so enjoyable for Mascha

Mascha joined Prevermo in 2019, working in planning, where she was in close contact with colleagues and departments across the organisation. During that time, she discovered how important it is to quickly understand people and engage them in processes. She was later asked to take on a temporary assignment in recruitment.

“I thought I’d just help out for a bit,” she says, “but after a few conversations I already felt: this is exactly what I enjoy doing.”

In the period that followed, her role in recruitment grew rapidly within the Prevermo Group. She now plays a key role in sourcing, interviewing and selecting professionals for, among others, Capability, Rienks Arbodienst and De Bedrijfspoli. She has a strong sense of what different teams need and maintains oversight in an organisation that is constantly evolving.

The appeal of recruitment

What Mascha values most is the dynamic nature of the role. She speaks with candidates from all backgrounds: physicians, absence management professionals, case managers and people who are still considering their next career step. Every conversation is different.

“The story I tell is sometimes the same,” she explains, “but the conversations are always different. That’s what makes it fun. You have to switch gears, listen, ask the right questions. Getting people excited gives me energy.”

She also enjoys guiding candidates throughout the entire process.
“From the very first search on LinkedIn to the moment someone signs because it’s the perfect match — that’s what I really love.”

It’s this combination of connecting with people, proactive searching, guiding candidates and seeing tangible results that makes recruitment so appealing to her.

A warm team and room to build

Recruitment at Prevermo is still very much evolving. And that means space for initiative, new ideas and smart improvements.

Mascha explains:
“We’re truly building something. From task distribution to processes, from sourcing to working with agencies. In 2026, we’ll continue to refine and improve. I have lots of ideas, and I hope my new colleague does too.”

The culture is warm and approachable.
“Everyone is willing to think along with you. If you want to grow, you’re given the space to do so. That’s what makes working here so enjoyable.”

Who we are looking for

To support the continued growth of the Prevermo Group, we are looking for a recruiter who enjoys building and connecting. As Mascha puts it:
“We’re looking for builders — people who roll up their sleeves and want to grow along with the organisation.”

Someone who:

  • gets energy from inspiring and engaging people;
  • communicates easily and persuasively;
  • has recruitment experience (at least two years is a strong advantage);
  • wants to build a network and recognises opportunities;
  • is open, creative and resilient;
  • enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-moving organisation.
