In just half a day, you will be ready to handle absenteeism effectively.
The program
The program for this training is partly tailored based on your knowledge and questions. The “Dealing with Absenteeism” training is available online.
When an employee calls in sick, it’s not only unfortunate for the employee but also presents challenges for you as a manager. You know it’s important to maintain contact, but you also know that there are rules about what you can and cannot ask. How can you ensure that you conduct these conversations without stress? During this training, you will work on communication techniques and learn what is allowed, required, and expected. The training covers relevant laws and regulations, attitude and behavior, communication, and how to maintain a pleasant and healthy work atmosphere in your company.
This is what you’ll gain
After completing this training, you will be able to conduct the right conversations with employees who are absent. This will help you both quickly and effectively improve their employability. We will guide you through the relevant laws and regulations and show you how to conduct absenteeism discussions in a correct and considerate manner.
