If your client has an occupational health subscription with Capability or a sick leave insurance through an affiliated insurer, our experts will assist your client with conducting both a Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E), Preventive Medical Examination (PMO) and occupational health assessment.

Also, take a look at our reintegration extension plan, which can be excellently combined with our occupational health plans. This will provide your client with optimal support.

My client has an employee who is sick. What happens after the sick leave notification?

Once the employer reports the employee's sick leave in the absenteeism system, our Absenteeism Manager will contact both the employee and the employer within the first week after the sick leave notification. Our services are focused on taking the right actions as quickly as possible by involving the right professionals, which helps to speed up the recovery or reintegration process.
