When one of your employees reports sick, a lot comes your way as an employer. Arranging a replacement, the absenteeism process that follows, and the associated financial consequences. When an employee remains sick for an extended period, additional costs are involved for legally required reintegration activities. This includes the use of an occupational health assessment and Track 2 reintegration process. These costs can add up to €6,000. That’s quite a shock, isn’t it?
With the Capability Reintegration Plan, you can ensure the careful and correct implementation of these reintegration activities. You will be given priority over non-subscribers. This means we will handle your request immediately: contact within 24 hours and reintegration starting within 2 weeks. This way, you avoid unexpectedly high costs.

The professionals from our sister organization Amplooi conduct the occupational health assessments and Track 2 reintegration processes. As soon as opportunities arise, our absenteeism manager collaborates with Amplooi. This increases the chances of a quick and successful reintegration and reduces the risk of a wage sanction. We ensure that the process is initiated and that you meet your obligations. Of course, we will keep you updated along the way.
