How it works

When employees experience long-term absenteeism, as an employer – together with the employee – you are responsible for ensuring they return to work as quickly and sustainably as possible. We’re here to help with that. We ensure that all mandatory and necessary steps in the process are followed, provide the best absenteeism support, and ensure clear communication. Our absenteeism manager works with the (company) doctor to guide the absent employee. Additionally, the absenteeism manager oversees the entire absenteeism process, so you, as the employer, will know exactly what to do and when. If you need extra substantive support with your employer tasks, the absenteeism manager is also your first point of contact. We are happy to assist you based on post-invoicing.
