Many occupational health services struggle with long waiting times. A shame, because it’s crucial to act quickly in the first weeks of absenteeism. At Capability, we work based on task delegation. Our (occupational) physicians are responsible for medical matters and focus on health-related questions. They delegate specific tasks to our specially trained absenteeism managers, who guide your employees through absenteeism and look for the best solutions. Our case managers are available to support you upon request.

Why this approach?
Much absenteeism is not medically driven. This means that someone greatly benefits from a reliable absenteeism manager with a broad view of what they need, without immediately following medical protocols. Of course, this is done in full coordination with the physician. The (occupational) physician can then focus more on complex medical cases and coach the absenteeism managers. A win-win situation.

Our people in the Service Team ensure that all the associated administrative tasks in the process are carried out effectively.
