By choosing this, you opt for our basic plan, which includes the services mentioned above. If, during absenteeism management, additional interventions or actions are necessary, you will be charged separately when you decide to proceed with them.

How it works

When an employee is off work for an extended period, you, as the employer, together with the employee, are responsible for ensuring their return to work as quickly and sustainably as possible. With Capability Zelf, you gain access to expert absenteeism support, while we ensure compliance with the steps outlined in the Eligibility for Permanent Incapacity Benefit (Restrictions) Act (Wet verbetering Poortwachter in Dutch), based on post-invoicing.

Our absenteeism manager is your primary point of contact and guides your absent employee through the absenteeism process. We work towards a swift recovery and successful reintegration.
